Gas Cards for Cancer Program

Launched in 2010, the Gas Cards for Cancer Program provides monthly gift cards to help cancer patients offset travel expenses related to treatment—especially those traveling long distances.

The application process is simple: patients complete a short personal information form, and their physician submits a confirmation form.

This program is available to residents of Greene County and Calhoun County, Illinois.
