Employee of the Quarter - Julie Crafton

Boyd Healthcare is proud to recognize Julie Crafton as our Employee of the Quarter.

Julie was nominated for her compassion and dedication to patient care during a recent pediatric emergency. When a young patient arrived in crisis, Julie immediately focused on creating a sense of safety and calm.

She sat on the floor beside the patient to gain his trust and remained at his side for hours, patiently working to keep him calm. Julie gently rubbed his back until he was able to fall asleep. Even after he was moved to a hospital bed, she continued sitting beside him, offering comfort and reassurance to help him rest peacefully.

Julie’s actions exemplify the heart of Boyd Healthcare — compassionate, patient-centered care that goes beyond expectations.
