Free School & Sports Physicals

Boyd Healthcare is offering free school and sports physicals during the week of June 30 through July 3 at our Rural Health Clinic locations. This is a great opportunity for families to check an item off their back-to-school to-do list—at no cost.

Clinic Availability:

• Greenfield Rural Health Clinic – Available all week

• Carrollton Rural Health Clinic – Available all week

• Greene County Rural Health Clinic – Wednesday only with Dr. James Uhles (limited availability)

• Roodhouse Rural Health Clinic – Tuesday and Thursday afternoons with Amber

Appointments are required. Please call Centralized Scheduling at (217) 942-6569 to schedule.

If you’re unable to attend during the free physicals week, school and sports physicals can also be scheduled at any time and billed through your insurance.
