Kyndal Brown
Family Nurse Practitioner

Kendal began her career in the medial field right after High School, working as a CNA while going to nursing school at SIUE. She graduated in 2015 with her Bachelor’s degree and spent some time working as a psychiatric nurse and an obstetrics nurse before finding her home as an ER nurse at Boyd Hospital. In 2020, she earned her Master’s degree from Maryville University, then transitioned to the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kendal really enjoys getting to know her primary care patients and helping them reach their health goals. She also enjoys taking care of walk-in clinic patients. She states that "the wide variety of patients we see at the clinic ensures that every day is different and provides the enjoyment of learning new things". A little about Kendal’s past: “I grew up in Calhoun County and my maiden name was Baalman. I later married my husband Nate, and moved to Carrollton. We have two daughters. In my free time I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy reading, shopping, running, boating, and traveling.”

Jeremy Elliott
Nurse Family Practitioner

Jeremy Elliott is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Jeremy began his nursing career in 2016, after graduating from SIUE Accelerated Bachelor of Science program. He was immediately hired at St. John’s Hospital working in an Intensive Care Unit. He then accepted a position as a Float Nurse at Boyd Healthcare Services in late 2017, with shared duties on the Inpatient Floor and the Emergency Room. He obtained his Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in August of 2020 from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Jeremy finds an extraordinary sense of fulfillment in giving back to the community he grew up in, and is currently accepting new patients in the White Hall Rural Health Clinic.

Tiffany Elliott
Family Nurse Practitioner

Tiffany began her nursing career in 2009 after graduating from Lewis and Clark Community College. She was hired at Boyd Healthcare Services in 2014 on the Inpatient floor. After obtaining her Master’s Degree in 2015 from Chamberlain College of Nursing, she returned to Boyd Healthcare Services as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the White Hall Rural Health Clinic.

Tracie Holbert
Family Nurse Practitioner

Tracie began her nursing career in 2009, graduating from Lewis and Clark Community College. Her career with Boyd Healthcare Services began in 2011 as an ER Nurse. In 2012, Tracie obtained her BS from Mckendree College. She continued on to earn her Master’s Degree from Maryville University, and shortly after, transitioned to the Roodhouse Rural Health Clinic as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
In her free time, Tracie enjoys the country life with her rescued animals and spending time with Honey.

Melissa Kulp
Family Nurse Practitioner

Melissa Kulp grew up in Jerseyville and is a 1997 graduate of Jersey Community High School. Following high school she joined the army, started a family, and found her true calling to be in healthcare. She began her medical career in 2005 with an Associate's of Nursing from Lewis and Clark Community College, and later earned a Bachelor's of Nursing from Southern Illinois University--Edwardsville (SIUE). After working as an Emergency Room nurse for 10 years, Melissa completed her advanced degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner through SIUE in 2014. She is very happy to be working and serving patients in an area where she has lived most of her life; she currently sees patients in the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic.

Keli Stewart began her nursing career in 2000. She received her Bachelor's of Nursing degree from McKendree College and holds a Master's of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner through Ball State (Indiana); she sees patients at the Boyd Fillager Rural Health Clinic in Greenfield, as well as the Carrollton Rural Health Clinic.
