Thomas H Boyd Memorial Foundation held their Annual Fundraiser: Wine and Spirits Tasting Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Carrollton; the event was a great success with all proceeds to benefit the Patient Monitoring System(s) for Rural Health Clinics in Greenfield, White Hall, Roodhouse, and Carrollton.  The event featured a beverage tasting of donated wine and beer from distributors: Mary Michelle Winery, A Gaudio and Sons, Fritz Distributing, Old Bakery Brewery, Grafton Harbor, and Schlafly Brewery.  Appetizers were served by Boyd Hospital and Hog Daddy Barbeque while music was played by Steve and Roger Vincent.  The Silent Auction took bids throughout the evening and culminated in a "Let's Make a Deal" style auction for a grand prize $100 cash.  All donations were greatly appreciated, and the guests made the evening superb.  Look for more details on upcoming fundraisers held by the Thomas H Boyd Memorial Foundation as we look to have a banner year in 2016!
