Boyd Healthcare Services employees recently took part in a "take down" class centered around verbal and physical techniques for encouraging safety in our facility.  Various members of our staff are part of a de-escalation team that is designed to improve safety by defusing potentially violent individuals, ensuring a safe environment for our patients, patrons, and community.
