We will be offering COVID vaccinations and boosters for adults and children 5-12 on January 13, 2022 in the Reisch Dining Room at the hospital from 3:00 -6:00 p.m.  Please call to make an appointment and let us know which vaccine (Pifzer or Moderna) and if this is for a booster, 217-942-6946 ext: 1202.  Please call a message and we will return your call.
